Great base for short stay, felt like home. Our room was cheap and fancy, included with a very comfy bed, a bathtub and a spacious bathroom. Our breakfast was well-stocked and nice hot and at 10.05, the staff was polite.

The rooms are very well decorated and well-equipped and have lovely view of overgrown and rundown garden. The bed is good sized. Nice that the hotel is in the heart of the city. Also it is near the trams buses and train station, and buses, pubs and restaurants. Nothing too much trouble and would go back in flash.

Beautiful area, great location, not far from Edinburgh centre, a round Edinburgh buses run regularly and Princes Street and the general attractions. Again, walking distance to Calton Hill.

And it's set in a new area really close to handy for bus depot, railway station and town centre and many of the special attractions Edinburgh has to offer. This hotel offers spotless and fancy rooms with a very comfy bed, the basement-view of the bottom of the steps, for example.
